Ghostbusters Gozer The Destroyer Figure

Ghostbusters Gozer The Destroyer Figure

£29.99Price

Gozer the Destructor was worshipped as a god by the Sumerians, Mesopotamians and Hittites starting around 6,000 B.C. A few thousand years later, Gozer-worshipers were driven underground by the followers of Tiamat, and Tiamat banished Gozer from this world. Gozer the Traveler journeyed from world to world, sending two servants, Zuul the Gatekeeper and Vinz Clortho the Keymaster, to herald Gozer's coming, at which point, the champion of that world would choose the form of the Destructor. (For instance, during the Rectification of the Vuldronaii, Gozer appeared as a large Torb.) A cult of Gozerians resurfaced in the early 20th century in New York City, building a temple that would once again allow Zuul, Vinz Clortho and eventually Gozer to access this dimension.

This 7-inch-scale action figure is based on the 1984 feature film Ghostbusters, and features multiple points of articulation as well as accessories and diorama parts. It was sculpted by Gentle Giant Studios.
